Whether you are an experienced English speaker or just starting out; whether you are in business or learning for fun; whether you are a young student wanting help with your school work or a heading to university and needed help with IELTS/TOEFL, we have the course to suit you.
The British English Academy was formed in 2014 by the amalgamation of two companies, G&S Home Tuition and the Business Education Partnership, bringing all tuition under a single umbrella. The aim of the new company is to bring British English to anyone and everyone who wishes to learn or improve their English language skills.
We not only teach English as a Language, we impart the culture, the traditions and the every day experiences you will need to become immersed in your learning.
We only employ native speakers from British English speaking countries such as the UK, Australia, New Zealand and Canada, and all of our facilitators are educated to degree level and have at least 3 years teaching experience. We only use text books from the presses of Oxford University and Cambridge University as we believe that if you can master the more complex nature of British English, you can achieve a better level of English, faster, and grow in confidence through higher achievement.
We motivate our students to do their best and push their own personal limits
through not only book based tasks, but also through alternative methods
such as discussion groups, cinema visits, field trips, life tasks, book clubs etc.
We believe this increases student confidence by putting them in real life
situations, allowing them to grow in English as well as across other aspects of
We devise programs, according to student requirements, that expand on
previous knowledge, students to explore new and interesting possibilities. We
simply facilitate your own learning ability!
